Kids in the Creek has been able to carry out their mission through the generous supporters and volunteers willing to share their time, services, and money for this unique educational experience.

How to Get Involved

Kids in the Creek could not be a success without the hard work of our great volunteers! Over the course of three days, hundreds of high school students travel through six stations across the Entiat Fish Hatchery. Volunteers help in a variety of ways to help the day run smoothly.

There are a variety of ways to help out during the field days:

  • Welcome/Sign in Table
  • Parking Control
  • Time Keepers
  • Wader Organizers
  • Set up/break down team
  • EMT
  • And more!

We are always looking for volunteers to share their skills, enthusiasm, and time with the program.
